My name is Rosalind and I offer online and in-person therapy and counselling for individuals and couples, in a private and peaceful space in Henley-on-Thames. I aim to create an environment that is warm, steady, and supportive — a place where difficult emotions, past experiences, and current challenges can be explored safely and at your own pace.
I assist in exploring difficulties with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, marriage counselling or relationship issues, processing trauma and managing life transitions. As an experienced bereavement counsellor, couples counsellor, addiction and recovery specialist, and group facilitator, I work both in private practice and within the NHS Complex Needs and Personality Disorder Service.
I am a UKCP-registered trainee in my final year of advanced clinical studies in Transactional Analysis. I also hold a Masters in Psychology and am an accredited member of the British Psychological Society.
Transactional Analysis offers a clear and compassionate way of understanding the patterns we develop in response to early experiences — patterns that can later limit how we think, feel, and relate. In therapy, we explore these themes together, bringing awareness to the beliefs and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected.
