Nordic walking can help everyone and is safe outdoor exercise. Led by an occupational therapist it can assist with mobility problems as well as being part of an exercise regime focusing on physical and mental health.
During these current restrictions it can enable participants to get more from their daily exercise but the technique needs to be learnt from a qualified instructor.
Social distancing can be observed in 1:1 lessons or walks.
