Sophie Hewitt

Sophie comes from a performing background, training in dancing, acting and singing at a renowned local stage school as a youngster. She furthered her education in this field by studying drama at university, graduating in 2011. Following this, she enjoyed employment within the television and superyacht industries; living in both London and the South of France. Sophie has always had an interest in fitness, nutrition and well-being, thus decided to undergo training to qualify as a Pilates Instructor. She has a personable and passionate nature, and understands the importance of feeling good and being fit; both physically and mentally.
